My journey: Artful insights and growth

Welcome to my story. Discover the path that led me to blend the analytical world of psychology with the creative expression of art, and learn about my ongoing passion for helping others and mastering new skills. I'm glad you're here to explore with me.

My inspiration: A childhood dream

From a young age, I've always wanted to help people. My past experiences have profoundly shaped this desire, leading me to pursue art and psychology. Simultaneously, I've seen art in its many applications as a powerful tool – one I aspire to master and share, empowering others on their own journeys. This dual passion forms the core of my work. Even when I was a child, climbing through the different grades in schools, I have always observed the other children in my school, to now observing people in the real world environments as a natural people watcher. I decided to take the risk and follow my dreams, even if that is a night in my car, or only ninety cents in my back account, or even my car getting put out of commission, I did not what there to be me saying when I am eighty asking the question what if or that could have been me. Here is also a photo of me and my best friend my dog Scoot Scoot.

What I am doing now

I have been working at McDonald's since I was in high school and currently I still do. It is as close as I can get to home, and open almost everyday of the year with a long range of hours to choose from with in the day which makes it ideal while I am still in school. I have balanced anywhere from 15 hours to 35 hours a week while I am in college working at a McDonald's, as some say"flipping burgers, and slinging Big Macs for a living". It is a lot of stress sometimes by the end of the day we have served at least 500 cars to sometimes almost 800 in a single day. I have had customers cuss me out over wait times, scream in my face, and some almost looked like they were about to throw a drink at me over food, when there is only one person per spot, or only three in the store. There was also almost a time where it I hardly saw the light during the day because of the wacky hours and crazy scheduling. I only really stayed at that time because of the food, it was all I was eating besides bowls of cereal. There have been good times, where we all laughed, wiped towels at each other, and chased each other out of the store.

Showcasing my process and growth

I have spent a lot of time studying art in high school I was in one of the art room at least 4-5 periods a day. Even now if I am alone I can be found in my loft space or in my studio space during college. I enjoy the process and I and experience in many mediums, wood, clay, different paints, and more, really anything I can get my hands on. I have found art to be a great foundation for my education, and have many masters to pull inspiration from. Art creates this deeper perspective for me with the process of learning
